REAL, FAST…DELICIOUS!!!!

We are an authentic “pit to plate” BBQ restaurant, with all of our barbeque getting hickory smoked daily. We use only the finest meats and preparation for the cue we create. The process begins with the meats getting dry rubbed the evening before, then that night the butts are placed in our smoker. We slow smoke them for 12 hours; the following morning, we add the ribs and finally the chicken. But because barbeque is a fickle creature and losses so much quality when refrigerated and reheated, NOTHING we smoked the day before is ever served the following day…We do this in order to provide you with the best barbeque possible. The flip side to this slow fresh process is that, we can and do run out…it is the nature of the beast. SO, come get it while we got it!!!
